This privacy policy addresses how One Equall Musick vocal ensemble
(“OEM”, “we”, “our”) handles information we gather from third parties including, but not limited
to, patrons, donors and visitors of our website, https://www.oneequallmusick.org/ (the “Site”),
(“you”, “your”).
Your privacy is important to us. OEM is committed to protecting your personal information
according to applicable provincial data protection laws, such as the Act respecting the
protection of personal information in the private sector (Quebec) and the Personal Information
Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) (federal), and according to applicable data
privacy regulators best practices for businesses and non-profit organizations.
Purpose
The purpose of this privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy") is to inform OEM patrons, donors,
and visitors of our Site of the following:

4. The rights of Site users; and

How We Protect Your Personal Data
In order to protect your security, we use the strongest available browser encryption and store
all of our data on secure platforms with their own rigorous protocols (Google Workspace,
Zeffy, Mailchimp). This data is only accessible to members of our Board of Directors, and
sometimes to volunteers and ensemble members, only insomuch as it is needed to conduct

our operations (e.g. to verify ticket purchases at the door of a concert venue).
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users
are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be
insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond
what is reasonably practical.
Your Rights as a User
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following data protection rights:

4. Right to erasure;

Children
